国际（地区）合作研究项目采用网上填写申请书方式。申请书由基本信息 表、报告正文和相关附件材料三部分构成。
一、信息表格

The use of funding obeys NSFC’s regulations and requirements. B will apply for **x US dollars form X， in more detail：
… V. Ownership， Use and Transfer of the Intellectual Property Intellectual property rights of the project cover all results obtained within the project。
The IPR of common results will be shared by all parties concerned. The IPR of results obtained independently by one party without any assistance from the other party or obtained before or after the collaboration will belong to the respective party。
Authorship and acknowlegement in papers should be based on contribution to the project and decided in discussions involving all parties concerned. Before submitting any application for realted intellectual property rights， one party should first consult with the other party and may proceed only after the other party has agreed without objection on the ownership of the IPR. Without the written consent of both parties， none of the project’s common IPR may be transferred to any third—party。
VI. Duration， Amendament and Withdrawal The project will terminate upon completion of all research activities， which is agreed on the date of **＊. A research partner who decides to withdraw from the project before the above-mentioned date shoold notice other members of the collaborative research at least three months before the change happens。
Any amendament to this agreement should be agreed by both parties.

本协议双方就共同参与研究国家自然基金面上项 LJ （项 IJ 类型）科研项 U 事项，经
平等协商，在真实、充分表达各自意愿的基础上，依据《中华人民共和 国合同法》等有关法
律、行政法规并参考本项 Ll 经费来源部门的相关规定，达成 如下协议，由合作双方共同恪
守。
一、 合作内容

3、 直接经费将采取以下第—种方式支付：

（2） 直接经费分阶段拨付，则屮方应在每阶段经费到账后—日内支付于 乙方。
4、 间接经费将采取以下第—种方式单独支付：
（1） 间接费用到账后甲方应在—日内一次性支付于乙方；
（2） 间接经费分阶段拨付，则甲方应在每阶段经费到账后—日内支付于 乙方。
5、 项 Ll 申报阶段，所花费用有各自承担；项 IJ 申请成功后，所花费用从各 自资
助经费中报销。
三、成果归属及收益分配
1、 成果归属：
本研究过程中各自独立研发所产生的科研成果及相应的知识产权归独立完 成方所有， 合作研发所产生的科研成果及相应的知识产权归合作双方所有。具体 分配如下：
（1 ）成果报奖署名：合作享有成果的完成单位排序 为：
,完成人排序按实际贡献
大小排序方式进行；
（2） 论文发表：中、乙方需征得对方同意的情况下，可以单独将本方完成 部分的
研究成果以论文形式单独发表；联合发表论文时，完成单位排序为按论文 撰写责任作者的单 位为第一单位，论文作者排序将按实际贡献大小排序方式进 行；
（3） 专利申请：甲、乙方需征得对方同意的情况下，可以单独将本方完成
部分的研究成果申请专利；联合申请专利时，申请单位排序为 _____________________ , 发明人排序将按实际贡献大小排序方式进行；
（4） 合作各方根据在合作期间所获取的成果，包括论文、专著、专利以及 鉴定、 成果报道等均须注明国家自然科学基金 计划资助及项 LI 批准号。
2、 成果转化收益分配：
本研究项 U 合作研发所产生成果及相应知识产权的转让权归合作双方拥有；
合作各方
可自行实施转化本研究所产生的成果及相应的知识产权。
上述情形产生的经济收益分配按以下第________ 种方式确定：

四、 协议的生效变更与解除

2、 如项 Ll 获得批准，但相关费用发生改变，则以上分配细节数值将根据实 际批复数 额调整，并另行签订资助项 Ll 合作协议；如项 Ll 未获得批准，经费拔付 预算随项目合作
协议自动废除。
3、 合作双方确定，执行合同中如遇不可抗力和技术风险等因素导致协议不 能继续履
行时，双方应及时通知对方以将损失控制在最小范围并共同协商变更或 者解除本协议。
4、 除上述情形外，任何一方欲变更、解除本协议，必须提前 _________ 日以书面
形式通知另一方。
五、 其它
1、 本项 Ll 如获得批准后，本协议有效期自动延伸至项□结题通过时；本项 目如未获
得批准，本协议将自动终止。
2、 本协议一式 4 份,甲乙双方各持 2 份,均具有同等法律效力。
3、 未经对方许可，甲乙双方及其各自人员均不得将本协议内容以及相关技 术信息、
材料等透露给第三方，保密期限为—年。
4、 合作各方因履行本合同而发生的争议，应协商、调解解决。若协商、调
解不成，确定按以下第 _______ 种方式处理：
